Play responsibly
Set boundaries
- Set a time limit before you start.
- Use a virtual-currency spend limit that fits your budget.
- Take breaks; avoid “chasing” losses.
Know the warning signs
- Spending more time/money than intended.
- Hiding play or feeling anxious/irritable when not playing.
- Using play to escape stress or financial pressure.
Account tools: limits, timeouts, self-exclusion
If available in your account, you can adjust settings under Account → Responsible Play to set session reminders, time limits, or purchase limits. If you can’t find these controls, contact us and we’ll assist.
Timeout
Short break (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days). You won’t be able to play during the timeout.
Self-exclusion
Longer restriction. Ask support to close or restrict your account for a chosen period.
Spending controls
Set a maximum you can spend on virtual currency purchases over a period.
To request a timeout or self-exclusion, email contact@shadowforestlodge.com. Include the email/username on the account and your requested duration.
Protecting minors & purchase controls
Our services are intended for adults (18+ unless stated otherwise). If you share a device, use OS/app-store parental controls and require authentication for purchases.
